- It looks to me like an update got lost. I don’t know what happened, but I’m trying to incorporate it here.
- Japan’s central government will overrule a referendum result in Okinawa opposing construction of a replacement for the U.S. military base in Futenma.[1]

Binyamin Netanyahu may have taken a step too far to the right.[6] I suppose it’s an understandable mistake. For all the yammering about how “the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice,”[7] it’s the right that much more consistently wins elections, while the rest of us are in denial about fascism.
