Donald Trump will kill his own supporters

Pandemic

Between the whole let’s put bleach in our veins thing[1] and the let’s all induce heart arrthymias thing,[2] both delusional raging narcissist-in-chief recommendations to combat COVID-19, I’m just gobsmacked.

I shouldn’t be. Donald Trump has repeatedly shown he is a black hole. There is no bottom to him. He just keeps getting worse and worse. And on science, it’s hardly just the novel coronavirus—the climate crisis comes to mind.

I completely believe that some will believe Trump and ingest or inject disinfectants and somehow expose their innards to ultraviolet light,[3] and we already know that people who need hydroxychloroquine for autoimmune disorders are having trouble getting it.[4] Many of those who follow his advice will be his supporters, which if he weren’t a delusional raging narcissist, he might realize he needs to stay healthy, or at least alive, to reelect him.

Pittsburgh

Once again, the U.S. Steel Clairton Coke Works is the culprit.[5] And once again, I say shut it down, tear it down, and replace it with something that will do local residents some good instead of giving them asthma.
