Pandemic

An earlier order prohibiting indoor dining and alcohol consumption took effect on July 10[2] and the incubation period is usually about five days.[3] That order has been rescinded and replaced by a modestly more lenient order from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania limiting bars and restaurants to 25 percent capacity,[4] and a new Allegheny County order mandating a closing time of 11 pm.[5] The number of cases in Allegheny County appears to have crested, as shown in figure 2, rendering the claim in this photograph inaccurate.
