I’ve told you about Pennsylvania, right? Republican lawmakers took a bill that would ban assault rifles for people under 21 years of age and converted it into a constitutional amendment to allow universal concealed carry.[1] The constitutional amendment part allows it to bypass the governor and go straight to a statewide vote. In Pennsylvania, such measures almost always pass because the real “sheeple” are mostly Pennsylvanians.
