It seems, according to the city of Pittsburgh, that “priority zero” urgent repairs that must be performed within a week are not, after all, so urgent.[1]

The city of Pittsburgh has had all the time in the world to do something about the blighted properties it owns. Not only has it done next to nothing,[2] it’s resisting efforts to do something.[3]
