By implication, John McCain seems to be promising four (at least) more years of obstruction if Hillary Clinton wins the presidency. John Patty suspects that McCain is saying this only because he’s running for re-election and that might be so—in McCain’s case—but I very much doubt that just because Donald Trump has become an embarrassment for much of the Republican Party, that they’ll all sing Kumbaya because Clinton gets elected.
