This report[1] is late reaching me, older than I would normally include here, but Pittsburgh is a stand-out with rents up 22.8 percent over a year ago and a median rent of $1,877, leading to a new blog post entitled, “The rent is too damn high. But politicians wonder why violence is increasing.”
