The reason my Twitter accounts still live is that in an age of desiccated customer service, Twitter is sometimes the only way to get ahold of a company, including the one, Uber, I have the extreme misfortune to still be stuck working for.

When I was active on Twitter, my policy was to block liberally and often. I recommended this policy to everyone. Now I find out it’s costing Elon Musk money.[2] So much the better.
