James Risen attaches an importance to the Stormy Daniels case that I don’t really agree with. But more importantly, he begins to take on the question of what happens if a convicted felon wins the presidency. Remember that not all of the charges Donald Trump is likely to face are federal and thus susceptible to a presidential partdon.[4]
