The legal conclusions are there: The U.S. is clearly on notice that its actions are in violation of both international and domestic law.[2]

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review included drone video of U.S. Steel’s Clairton works in the article.[4] This plant looks a lot grungier when viewed in person. Nothing has happened to change my view that the plant should be razed, the land remediated, and put to some use that will benefit Clairton residents.
