My previous landlord is now in third place in Allegheny County. While the county’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program has forestalled many evictions so far, its funding is about to run out, and evictions can be expected to skyrocket with a corresponding rise in homelessness.[2] I’m already seeing more homeless on the streets, yes, in the dead of winter.
