This sounds like good news but is expected to face numerous court challenges. They say they’ve crafted the rules so they’ll survive these challenges[1] but I have a hard time believing the Supreme Court will stand for it. It’ll be yet another Democratic Party excuse for Democratic Party failure. Because under neoliberal ideology, workers are the oppressors and the rich are oppressed.
